Kara Hardersen, BSN, Practice Manager

Kara Hardersen is a Bachelor-prepared Registered Nurse bringing over a decade of specialized experience in women’s health to Via Women’s Health Collective. Her career journey began in Labor and Delivery, where she developed a strong foundation in women’s care before evolving into a trusted clinical leader—a role she has excelled in for the past two years.

Combining clinical excellence with compassionate, patient-centered care, Kara has expanded her expertise to include aesthetic medicine. She has received professional training through respected programs, including those offered by Allergan, which complements her natural artistic eye and meticulous attention to detail. Kara specializes in delivering natural-looking, confidence-boosting results tailored specifically to women’s needs.

Whether providing wellness services or aesthetic treatments, Kara is dedicated to ensuring every woman feels heard, valued, and empowered throughout her experience. As a committed lifelong learner, she continuously pursues advanced education to remain at the forefront of both women’s health and aesthetic medicine.

Outside of the office, Kara enjoys a full life with her spouse, two amazing kids, and their two playful dogs. Her personal interests include attending concerts and stand-up comedy shows, conquering escape rooms, and finding inspiration for her next DIY home project.
