Taylor Hahn, MD, FACOG, MSCP

Dr. Taylor Hahn is the Founder and Owner of Via Women’s Health Collective, a practice dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive gynecologic care. As a board-certified OB/GYN and Certified Menopause Practitioner through The Menopause Society, Dr. Hahn brings specialized expertise to women at every stage of life.

After completing her residency at Indiana University, Dr. Hahn proudly served as an OB/GYN in the U.S. Air Force at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, before returning to her Midwest roots to establish Via Women’s Health Collective. Her vision was simple yet revolutionary: create a space where women feel truly heard and receive the level of care she would want for her own loved ones.

Dr. Hahn is an active member of both the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and the International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM), and has received extensive training in evidence-based practices for female sexual health, trauma-informed care, and innovative gynecologic surgical techniques. She is also board-eligible for Obesity Medicine and practices a holistic and personalized approach to medical weight management.

Though she has ambitious goals for Via, Dr. Hahn remains a small-town Midwest girl at heart who believes in supporting her local community as a means of creating meaningful impact. She is passionate about education for both clinicians and patients, advocating for women’s health issues that deserve greater understanding and respect.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Hahn enjoys attending concerts, traveling and scuba diving with her supportive husband, and keeping up with her three energetic children.
